Dr. Godbless Safugha

Managing Director (MD / CEO)

Development economist with 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is an accomplished executive leader with a proven track record in financial inclusion, project management, business development, and renewable energy. He possesses a deep understanding of energy policies and regulations in Nigeria and is highly regarded for his exceptional communication skills, financial acumen, and strong ethical foundation. He has held several prominent positions, including Executive Secretary/CEO of the Association of Non-Bank Microfinance Institutions of Nigeria (ANMFIN) under the auspices of the IFAD/FGN Rural Finance Institutions Building Programme and the National Cooperative Financing Agency of Nigeria (CFAN). He has also served as a member of the Central Bank of Nigeria’s (CBN) Financial Inclusion Technical Committee, the Microfinance Advisory Board, and the National Microfinance Policy.

Mr. Agara Anthony Chuks

Executive Director

Seasoned business leader and renewable energy executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership, business development, and market expansion. As the Co-Founder and Executive Director of SAF-AGA Renewable Energy Ltd., he plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s vision to deliver sustainable and impactful energy solutions across underserved communities. With a strong background in commercial strategy and operations, Chief Agara has successfully led the development and execution of growth initiatives, partnerships, and large-scale renewable energy projects. His expertise spans corporate management, financial planning, stakeholder engagement, and project execution, positioning him as a key driver of innovation and operational excellence within the organisation. Prior to SAF-AGA, he held leadership roles across multiple sectors, where he consistently delivered business growth, expanded market presence, and strengthened organisational performance.

Henry Oluwarotimi Alikali

Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Graduate of Accounting and a Certified National Accountant (CAN) wi th a career spanning over 10 years of experience managing financial and administration systems. He has worked on numerous projects from esteemed organizations such as MEDA, UNICEF, USAID, CIDA, DFID, TY Danjuma Foundation, and Emeraid Capital.
